TERRA began with a single street. Eight houses on it, each earning its place by being the best version of itself we could find — or wait for. We never listed a ninth unless something earned removal.
The standard
Every estate on the books is walked three times by a partner, measured twice, and priced once — correctly. No aspirational asking prices, no "motivated sellers". When an estate stops being the best version of itself, it leaves the books. That is the whole business model.
