01 · The Threshold

Every journey starts indoors.

One camera. No cuts. The scroll is the dolly.

02 · The Black

Then the walls open.

Matte black is a material, not a mood.

03 · The River

The camera never blinks.

Water is the only mirror in a grey world.

04 · The Exit

Every journey lands.

Collectors

Hung, not stored.

"The River hangs in our hallway. Guests go quiet in front of it — thirty seconds of water will do that."

S. Vidal — Edition 12/34

"Numbered, signed, and the paper alone is worth the frame. You can smell the darkroom on it."

A. Brandt — Edition 3/8

"I bought The Exit because it was the brightest thing he'd ever printed. It watches over the studio."

M. Chen — Edition 5/8

Questions

Asked often.

How are the prints made?

Silver gelatin, made by hand in the dark, numbered in pencil and signed on the verso. Scanned once, never reprinted.

What does the edition number mean?

Editions run 8 to 34. When the last print sells, the negative is retired and the series leaves the archive.

How does shipping work?

Flat, insured, in 13 days. Large prints travel in a crate; you get the tracking and the unpacking instructions.

Do you take commissions?

Two per year, in black and white only. Write to the darkroom with the subject and the wall it will live on.
